Privacy Policy – Block Puzzle: Grid Masters
AppsterNetwork ("we", "us" or "our") makes the mobile game Block Puzzle: Grid Masters (the "App"). This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used and shared, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
You do not need an account to play, and we never ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos or precise location.
a) Device and app information. When the App starts it sends our notification and configuration service (AppHub) the following:
- Device manufacturer and model, operating system and version, app version and your device language.
- A random device identifier created by the App the first time you open it (shown in Settings as "Device ID"). It is not linked to your name or any account.
- Your IP address, used only at the time of the request to estimate your country. We do not collect GPS or other precise location.
b) Push notification token. If notifications are enabled, the App registers a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token, linked to the device identifier above, so we can send occasional notifications (for example, news about the game or our other games). You can turn notifications off at any time in the App's Settings or in your device's settings.
c) Advertising data. The App shows ads through Google AdMob. Google may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, device information and how you interact with ads, to show, measure and (where permitted) personalize ads. See Google's policy below.
d) Game data stored on your device. Your scores, level progress, settings, theme and saved game are stored only on your device. They are not sent to us. They are deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data.
2. How we use information
- To deliver ad settings for the App and show ads that keep the game free.
- To send push notifications you can opt out of.
- To understand roughly how many devices use the App and in which countries.
- To keep the App working, secure and free of abuse.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Third-party services
These providers process data on our behalf or independently, under their own policies:
- Google AdMob (advertising): policies.google.com/privacy and how Google uses data from apps that use its services
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications): firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Supabase (hosting for our AppHub service that stores device registrations): supabase.com/privacy
4. Advertising choices
You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device settings (Settings › Google › Ads, or Settings › Privacy › Ads, depending on your device). Where required by law (for example in the EEA and UK), the App asks for your consent before showing personalized ads, and you can change your choice later.
5. Data retention and deletion
Device registrations (device identifier, device information and notification token) are kept while the App is installed and in use. To have the data linked to your device deleted, email us with the "Device ID" shown in the App's Settings screen and we will delete it within 30 days. Uninstalling the App deletes all game data stored on your device.
6. Security
All data the App sends is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.
7. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict its processing. Contact us using the details below to exercise these rights.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be announced in the App or on its store page.
